Beyonce’s (er…sorry…”Sasha Fierce’s”) “Lemonade Diet” as reported in the media is really the very old “Master Cleanse.”
Folks, this is NOT the answer to fat and weight loss! It is a STEP ALONG THE WAY towards great overall HEALTH.
YES, you may lose weight while fasting, but it is NOT what will maintain that weight loss for you in and of itself. You must follow a lifestyle change, and the changes are manageable and do-able for most people.

Prolly the last vid I’ll be doing wearing just about nothing (at least until next summer)…Our warm days up here in NY are just about over. “For Real?” #1 How to Lose Weight: From Size 14 to an 8
This is #1 in my “For Real” chats with you guys on topics that some times you just gotta go “for real”? This is my advice on weight loss (its just my opinion do what works for you!!!) and how I went from a size 14 to an 8. There is no magic potion (I wish) so woman up and do what we all have to do! BTW thanks to my hubby he stays on my behind (send him love he’s qdjackson1 on you tube….he will be like WTH!)
My Routine
Interval Sprints (yikes) 3x’s a week-walk for 3 minutes/sprint hard for 1 minute for atleast 30 minutes
Weights 2x’s a week (when I am being good)
Diet: Come on you know whats bad for you! I try to eat a high protein diet and snack throughout the day.
Weight loss about 21lbs
Time it took about 4 months-SPRINTING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
