somebody help me here!
Depends on what you eat; and you need to eat in order to be healthy.
If you swim for 30 minutes a day, that’s only long enough for your body to burn off any sugar it has stored up. But swim for any longer than that, you’re literally burning fat. 45 minutes of pretty rigorous exercise a day is really helpful while trying to lose weight.
But 2 HOURS? That weight’ll come off like (no other word option available) butter. Just eat healthy and be patient.
It depends on what you are eating, and how much you burn during rest time.

Well if you need to lose weight swimming isn’t a good way to go. Because of the buoyancy of the water you simply wont do as much work, or burn as many calories as you would, say, strength training or cardiovascular training(running). Not only that but swimming plays a trick on your body, it makes you feel as if you just had a much more intense workout than you really did. It also makes you more hungry, so their for you can potentially burn less calories and eat more calories on a swimming program than you could on a strength/cardio(running) program.
