Just so you know I’m now close to 135. ^_^ Much happier since I started with my calorie/carb thingy (but I do skip breakfast alot , I eat it maybe 3 times a month and thats just cereal).So just keep your carbs (rice,pasta,bread) to as minium as you can and choose snacks that are 180 and under in calories.Don’t starve yourself , thats just gonna screw with your body but if you don’t need to eat than don’t – if you don’t want to finish but also don’twant to let it waste then just save it for later
