How much weight would someone lose in 9 weeks on a liquid diet?
And i forgot to add…eating 2 egg whites at breakfast for some protein.
Consisting of Chicken and Rice soup, Chicken Noodle soup, and water. (Eating only a serving size of the Soups at dinner time)
I am 5ft2 and currently weigh 115 pounds.
And i will be exercising: 20 minute brisk walk everyday, and weight lifting. 3 and 6(when i start not feling anything with the 3) pound weights 25 reps each.
considering that’s nearly crash dieting, about 20 pounds, but they’d gain it all back after that plus more. it isn’t healthy and your metabolism will crash and everything you eat after that will be stored directly as fat, sucks i’ve been through it. just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, lean protien, whole grains, and NO empty calories
i would say anywhere from 10-25 pounds possibly more it depends on how much you weigh now and if you would be exercising at all. You only lose weight if you lose more calories than you consume
