i am moving to a fish fruit and veggies diet. i love all of them so i know ill stick to it:)
im going to get back into running and such 20 mins a day. im just doing cardio because im looking to lose weight. not gain muscle.

When dieting you shouldn’t ever weigh yourself. NEVER. You will know your health is improving because you will feel so much more alive and have more energy. You will know you are losing weight because your clothes will hang off you.
Don’t weight yourself. Trust me on that one! Those numbers will rule your life and make you elated and happy one day, and down and depressed the next.
Just to reiterate – don’t weigh yourself.

You have choices but they all boil down to reducing your calories and increasing your activity. If you’re burning more than you’re consuming you’ll lose weight. How you get there is entirely up to you. Do you plan to keep it off or are you just needing to lose it for a special occasion that’s coming up? If there is a pool nearby go for swims as often as you can, swimming is one of the best exercises. Water has a lot of advantages. And if nothing else, a cool dip in a pool is a wonderful stress reliever.
