How much weight can you lose in a week by not eating?
I’m tired of being overweight. I want to loose a little bit, just to get me motivated to go on an actual diet. I’ve done them before, and lost 30 pounds, but stopped, I’ve gained back 10. I don’t want any of those "oh, you need to eat" answers. I want to know the truth. How much weight can you lose in a week without eating.

Try not eatin all junk foods. Start a healthy diet. with fruits , veggies , whole grain , but the most important thing is YOU HAVE TO EXERSICE! u cant just oh i wanna lose weight , then sit around not exerising u have to !

You can lose up to 10lb on the first week, majority of it will be water and muscle tissue..so you will gain it back when you do eat again. If you want to lose weight you need to stop being lazy and go to the gym! Im sorry but the truth hurts, you binge your way to being overweight and now you need to work your a** off at the gym to get it off!

About 4lbs, but it depends on your metabolism. That value is an estimate for someone with a low metabolic rate without doing exercise. Do NOT stop eating… it is bad for your body, and you will lose weight safely if you stick to a strict healthy diet and exercise regularly. Aerobic exercise is the best form.

If you want motivation, think about the things you like the most, and what you would do for them. If there is a person you have a fondness for, wouldn’t it feel good if they could turn around and say to you… ‘You look great!’? The motivation doesn’t always have to be what you’ve lost already.

You will lose more pounds in a week by eating then not eating. Thats how you lose weight eating. You just have to eat the right foods!!! Not eating everyday is just as worst as eating a pizza by yourself. Eventually your metabolism will slow down!! So, you just need to eat the right foods about 6 times a day for your metabolism to start racing and then burn off all that fat. make sure you get your cardio in as well.
