How much weight can i lose in 3 weeks if i don’t eat anything?
I’m 5′5, 125 pounds and a teen girl (age 13-15)

I agree with many in here. Just eat fruits, veggies, grains and nuts and exercise a lot. Start jogging in the morning if your neighborhood is safe.
It will take longer than that to loose any real weight, I would say maybe 5lbs-10lbs at the most. If you eat very little, say yogurt and sodas for about two to three months you could loose 10-20lbs or more. But do you really need to? Probably not.

you are alright for your age and height you dont need to lose weight girly. and starving yourself wont help any it would make it harder to lose weight.

trust me! im a teen girl myself. im 14 and the last thing you want to do is starve yourself. EAT FOOD! you need food while youre still a teen just exercise more than you eat and you will lose weight.

If you don’t eat ANYTHING? hmm, 20lbs? That’s not healthy at all tho, you’ll gain all the wait back and more when you do start eating again. But, If you eat right and exercise, you can loses as much weight as you want and keep it off for as long as you want.

Enjoy your food, just in moderation. Watch what you eat, not starve yourself. I would recommend exercise like running or working out at a gym like the YMCA, fitness and it makes you happier. Goodluck.

Do NOT starve yourself, and I repeat, do NOT starve yourself’!!!!
Exercise.
Eat healthy.
Take vitamins.
When you eat, don’t eat alot, but eat enough.
Don’t snack on anything, unless it’s healthy.
This is what I do.
Minus the exercising.
But I do everything else I listed.
I’m 5′1", and I weigh exactly 100 lbs.
I’m comfortable with my weight, right now.
Just please, don’t do anything to hurt yourself.
Many people go into the hospital from what you’re talking about doing.
Or even worse, they die!
