I need to lose weight for a special date in 2 weeks. I need serious help.

count calories. its simple if you eat pre-packaged food. stick to 1200 a day. eat things like healthy choice frozen meals and prepacked snacks and it should be a sinch. i do it all the time and works really quick. i lost 30 pounds in 12 weeks after having my last child.

    Check out the 6-Day Body Makeover (http://www.amazon.com/6-Day-Body-Makeover-Whole-Days/dp/0446577855). It works pretty well if you follow it precisely, but it’s not something you should stay on for very long.

    Hmm. 2 weeks? 4 pounds total? Doesn’t sound too hard. It’s possible as long as you’re focused and dedicated. Go to http://www.perfecthealthandfitness.com and go to either the "Secrets to Dieting" page or "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" page. It should give you some information there. And there is a sample diet on the second page I mentioned. Hope this helps you out.

    Eat special k and work out.

    I prefer turbo jam. Something that works your abs and cardio.
