How come i work out at gym 5days a week and I dont lose weight?
First, my meals are diet (so no worries)
i sleep 8hrs……..
At gym i start with lifting and work out muscles first than on treadmill/bike for 25-30minutes
treadmill speed 8km/h
bike 22km/h
can anyway give me an answer please???

If you want to lose weight some weeks. You can try Lose weight a week plan first!
Day 1:
Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.
Day 2:
Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.

You could be losing fat but gaining muscle weight

If you haven’t been doing this for a long time it’s highly likely that you still need time for you body to start making noticeable changes. Also, if all you’re doing is measuring weight then you might confuse yourself as it is not equivalent to fat loss.
Weight is a bad indicator for fat loss due to it being easily altered by day-to-day circumstances. (E.g. Water retention, time of day weight is taken, amount of food eaten, bowel etc.)

Muscle weighs more than fat. Don’t pay attention to the scale if you are trying to gain muscle. You will gain weight in muscle anyway.

lifting does not help you loose weight.
Treadmill/cycling works better if you do it over 30 minutes at a time. Try 45 for starters and slowly increase to 60 minutes. This should make a big difference.
Also you didn’t mention how long you’ve been doing it. Generally you won’t see the results in less than 2 weeks unless you do hardcore like The Biggest Loser which is not healthy.
