how can i lose a lot of Weight in 2 or less weeks?
i am on a lot of sports teams and iv always been over weight ever since i can remember so i need to lose weight so i can do even better. also i think it will make the coaches want to pick me to be on there team if i am healthier and skinnier.
in 2 or less weeks? lmao, your in a lot of sports you say, you should know its not as easy as that, ur in sports, keep up with it after school and what not, find something on google telling you what you should eat , dont eat an hour before bed cause ur body will not be able to burn it off
Btw i use to be realllly big, wasn’t in sports though, not telling you to do this, but i took up smoking marijuana when i was 15, went biking everyday in the summer cause it was trippy for some reason, fun, and i lost 30 pounds and over the summer i evan grew a few inches… could be luck, but very coincidental
well try to diet as much as you can and exercise very often (5 hours a day) or you could try to skip lunch. I don’t really think that diets really help the best way to lose weight is skipping meals, however is not particularly healthy. Hope this helps
