This is #1 in my “For Real” chats with you guys on topics that some times you just gotta go “for real”? This is my advice on weight loss (its just my opinion do what works for you!!!) and how I went from a size 14 to an 8. There is no magic potion (I wish) so woman up and do what we all have to do! BTW thanks to my hubby he stays on my behind (send him love he’s qdjackson1 on you tube….he will be like WTH!)

My Routine
Interval Sprints (yikes) 3x’s a week-walk for 3 minutes/sprint hard for 1 minute for atleast 30 minutes
Weights 2x’s a week (when I am being good)
Diet: Come on you know whats bad for you! I try to eat a high protein diet and snack throughout the day.

Weight loss about 21lbs
Time it took about 4 months-SPRINTING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks for this I’m doing p90x everyday and it’s hard working out 6 days a week for 90 days so hardcore I haven’t seen any weightloss but lots of inches lost I was getting discouraged my clothes aren’t looser but I look better I dunno how that works but this was motivation to keep on keepin on thank u

    I have been walking at 3.5 and running at 6.5…. You really mean’t sprint. OMG. I will try it tonight. Thanks for the tip. I need to lose 8 lbs in the next 3 weeks to win a biggest looser contest. Do you recommmend 4xs per week.

    Why feel horrible?? Make smalls goals..Just take it one size at a time. I was a 16 like two months now I am in a 14. You can do it too. You have to start somewhere! Good luck

    What speed do you walk at? Then what speed do you bump it up to sprint? I use to do this at the gym, but didn’t really stick with it. I think my walk time was too long, 5 mintues. LOL I’m going to try this. Thanks for making this vid.

I have made excuses about having two small children and I’m so tired, blah,blah but I went to the dr. with my husband yeaterday and he was like yall need to loose weight or you are going to have high blood pressure, diabetes and god know what else. So I really want to start the Interval Sprints.

    By the way the site is 100% free. they have a nutrition and exercise tracker. It’s basically a social site for health and welness. We have members on there who have lost a 100+ pounds. Two of our members were featured on good morning america. I could email some b4 and after pics or you can go to the website my name is vinteable_moe……..good luck on all your goals. It feels amazing to walk in my fav stores and be able to find clothes in my size…..but like she said exercise is a must

    I joined this website called spark people I lost 45+ pounds in 4 months I went from a size 16/18 to 5/7 juniors I didn’t use any diet pills. I basically counted my calories I ate less than 1200 calories a day, drink only water (8 cups a day), no fried or processed foods. I stay active I run/jog on the treadmill, walk a 5 mile trail at the park every other day, ride my bike.I walk up stairs and don’t take elevators………
