fast way to lose weight in a week?
Omg, I have 1 week to lose at least 5 lbs, because school is starting and none of my clothes fit me! Also, my parents can not afford to buy any, so how can I lose weight in a week???
your best bet would be to lower your fat and calorie intake. I highly doubt 5 pounds will get you back into your clothes. I would try to lose 10 pounds. exercise for 30-60 minutes a day. Dont eat past 7pm and drink plenty of water.

First, you need to get out of the idea that it is safe to lose 5 pounds in 1 week.
You’ll lose weight but you won’t be healthier.
Your body will punish you for it later.
Once you do what you need to do to lose that much weight that fast, you will stop doing it and gain all the weight back so what is the point?
Make small changes, eat 100 calories less per day, that you can stick with and you can lose 10 pounds in a year.
You can safely lose 1-2 pounds a week and keep it off.
