What can I do to lose weight in a week?
I’m 17, 5′8-5′9 and I’m 165 pounds.
If I drink water, eat salad, and some fruits and do an hour excerise everyday….How much do you think I will lose (pounds) by exactly a week? (July,18,07) .
Someone told me if I don’t eat proteins…then my muscle weight will go down. So I am deciding to eat some protein such as eggs.
BTW, is being 17, 5′8-9 and 165 pounds good?
youd probably loose about 3-5 ibs a month.

I lost 20 lbs in a month doing cardio,walking,drink water,etc
but everyones different.

How much do you lose weight in one week just by starving?
Just curious to know….i weigh 165 trying my best to lose at least 20lbs.
I wanna do this for a week, see how it goes….
I chose to drink water each day so i wouldnt feel so bad and exercise for a hour too")

Ohhh and I know its bad to do this so you can waste your time telling me what it’ll do.
It won’t work this way. You have to eat something, or your gonna end up starving to death.
One diet u can try is eating fruit only, the whole week.
In one week, by eating ONLY FRUIT you can lose up to ten pounds.
If you continue you’ll make your way through. Remeber, losing pounds
is a patient process. Be good with yourself, and don’t abuse the diet.

How can a teenager lose weight in a week?
I need to lose weight in a week HELP!!!!!!!!! Please
Eat healthily – eg, cut out ALL carbs like bread and pasta, and eat lots of fruit and vegetables, preferably raw.
Cut out the crap basically.
AND,
EXERCISE AT LEAST AN HOUR A DAY EVERY DAY.
You can’t just eat healthily and not exercise, or exercise every day and eat whatever you like, you need to do both.
Although, don’t starve yourself, and don’t exercise to exhaustion.
When your hungry, eat a small healthy meal, several times a day – I mean small, half an apple, and a yoghurt or something.
When your tiring from exercise, rest.
And try to keep your calorie intake below 1700cal a day (your body on an average day with little exercise burns this with body processes)
