How much weight can I lose in a week? What can I do to lose the most weight>?
I don’t know the limit, but the healthy way is 1-2 lbs/week.

Folks, this is NOT the answer to fat and weight loss! It is a STEP ALONG THE WAY towards great overall HEALTH.
YES, you may lose weight while fasting, but it is NOT what will maintain that weight loss for you in and of itself. You must follow a lifestyle change, and the changes are manageable and do-able for most people.

How much weight can i lose per week?
Im a 17 year old girl and im about 70 kilos, im hoping to get down to 60ish, starting to lose my weight ready for summer. So far im eating healthily (low fat yogurt for breakkie, fruit salad for lunch, and red meat & veggies for dinner) and im doing 35 minutes of yoga each morning and going for a 1hr run in the afternoon. How much weight will i lose in a week?

So youre eating like a 1000 calories a day give or take. Maybe a little lesss.
If you keep on this track youll probably lose 4kg with the running maybe 5 or 6 kilos a month. so in a week 1-2 kg.

Hi. I have been struggling with my weight for the past four years. Girls have stopped talking to me and I went from being a great running back to being a damn lineman. But the thing is, that I am not that fat. My BMI is 25.1 so I am just over the normal by .2. So because I am just barely chubby but not normal weight, I am at the line. And I am not as good as the 250 pound linemen because I am only 5′9" 170. I have some love handles, a bit of a belly at the bottom, and man boobs that stick out not sag. For the past week I have been running two miles every other day and then I bench press, do push ups, etc. on the days I don’t run. And also I have cut back on my eating Is this good? If not what should I do and how long do you think it will take me to be in good shape and tone up. Football starts August 15th and I hope to become fit and skinny enough to be a Wide Receiver. Do you think I can complete this goal by then?

Okay, first off DON’T give me some site to go to because the one and only site i do is spark people for diet and health. Also, don’t recommend pills!
Okay, I am 13, around 5′5 in height, and i weigh 117.
I will eat 1300 calories everyday.
I will run 3 miles everyday
I will do 500 jumping jacks, 300 sit ups everyday
How much will i lose in a week? I want a number! Thankyou so much!

I am a 14 year old male. I weigh 200 pounds. I am overweight.
This is what I will start doing for the next few weeks:
I will eat special K for breakfast.
I will eat fruits, such as bananas, blueberries, and apricots during the day.
I will have special K for lunch.
For dinner, I will have seafood with salad and corn or carrots.
At night, I will burn 600 calories on Dance Dance Revolution. (Surprisingly, I am good at this game.)
I do not feel overweight, but I know that I am. My legs are large and my stomach is rounded.
How much weight per week can I lose? I cannot do other exercises because of my mother. She says that someone will steal me if I run around the neighborhood. She does not allow me to go outside while she is working. When she is home, I am not allowed to leave the house unless she is watching me. Dance Dance Revolution is the only indoor exercise she allows.

Well considering your 14 and 200 lbs I’d like to know how tall you are. But I’d say you will drop easily 2-4 lbs a week if you stuck with that regiment! I wish I could burn 600 calories on DDR! LOL im not that good at it but I sure tried! LOL Good Luck!
