how can i lose a lot of Weight in 2 or less weeks?
i am on a lot of sports teams and iv always been over weight ever since i can remember so i need to lose weight so i can do even better. also i think it will make the coaches want to pick me to be on there team if i am healthier and skinnier.
in 2 or less weeks? lmao, your in a lot of sports you say, you should know its not as easy as that, ur in sports, keep up with it after school and what not, find something on google telling you what you should eat , dont eat an hour before bed cause ur body will not be able to burn it off
Btw i use to be realllly big, wasn’t in sports though, not telling you to do this, but i took up smoking marijuana when i was 15, went biking everyday in the summer cause it was trippy for some reason, fun, and i lost 30 pounds and over the summer i evan grew a few inches… could be luck, but very coincidental

Diet pills are a waste of money and you will gain weight that you supposedly lost. It hurts your body and you will be gaining fat even eating little calories. Stop being lazy and taking the shortcut. Eat well and get exercise, that doesn’t come in a pill form.

I need to lose weight by next Wednesday… How can I lose it in those 5 days? Help!
Follow these steps:
Eating:
Morning-6 am
Snack-9 am
Lunch- noon
Snack-3 pm
Dinner- 6 pm
Snack- 7 pm (optional)
When eating morning, lunch, and dinner- make sure you are eating in proportions. Count calories of all food intake, do not exceed 1000 calories. Stay away from fatty foods: white breads, sugars, and soda. Do drink lots of water, at least 68 ounces a day. When snacking, have half an apple or some type of fruit or vegetable. Always drink a glass of water with each meal and snack. It seems like you are eating allot. But in actuality, you are not. By eating periodically throughout the day, you will prevent hunger pains and feel more energized. Do not eat after 8 pm.
Exercise:
Do daily:
100 sit ups
100 squats
30 min of cardio
Cardio is easy to do. Just keep your body moving. Watch music videos and dance crazy like nobody is watching! Run up and down a flight of stairs. Take a brisk walk through the park. Go to the mall and exercise while shopping for some new threads.
Sit ups really do work and help flatten your tummy even faster than cardio alone. Squats are extremely helpful because it helps builds leg muscle and tightens the butt.
Eat right. Exercise. Rest. Repeat.

Omg, I have 1 week to lose at least 5 lbs, because school is starting and none of my clothes fit me! Also, my parents can not afford to buy any, so how can I lose weight in a week???
your best bet would be to lower your fat and calorie intake. I highly doubt 5 pounds will get you back into your clothes. I would try to lose 10 pounds. exercise for 30-60 minutes a day. Dont eat past 7pm and drink plenty of water.

How much weight do anorexics lose per week?
I’m doing a project on anorexia for advanced Psycology. I’m currently writing a fictional case-study but need it to be written using real-life facts.
I’m going to base it on a 17year old girl, 5′5 and 135lb pre-illness.
Can anyone with good knowledge of the illness tell me how much weight she would averagely lose in week 1,2,3 etc.
I know that every case is very different so i just need very generalised, averaged figures.

Most days i have a bowl of cereal with skimmed milk for breakfast, an egg sandwich no mayo for lunch and a bowl of cereal again for dinner.
I do not eat after 5pm.

Why have my periods stopped?
I have always been very regular (every 21-23 days) but i have now not had a period for 2 months. I have been celibate since August so there is no way i can be pregnant but i have changed my eating habits. I used to eat lots of small meals a day throughout the day but now i just eat in the evening due to work.
I’ve not intentionally been starving myself but could it be that i am not eating enought and thats why they’ve stopped (i don’t weigh myself) or can the mere change of eating habits stop periods for a bit?

Im only eating 700kcal a day…?
I’ve never had an appetite or really enjoyed food since i was young but when i was living at home my mum would force me to eat or give me calorie laden food when i did eat. Now however i’ve moved out and looking back i’ve realised i’ve only been eating about 700kcal a day and i don’t tend to eat anything before 5pm.
Am i going to lose a lot of weight?
N.B I don’t have an eating disorder and i don’t want to lose weight i just dont remember to eat!
anorexics would have a SLOWER metabolic rate! they starve themselves and so their bodies would be trying to live off fat they may already have. NOT a good road to go down!
Reiss: get some help on your eating disoder .
