Is there a way, or is it possible to lose 3 lbs in a week? if so, how? and how would i do this in a Healthy way? please let me know

3lbs in a week isn’t that hard to do. Most of our bodies weight is water. If you do cardio work for an hour a day along with stretching and healthy eating, this should be a very attainable goal.

Our bodies digest carbohydrates for the first 15 minutes of a workout then fats for the next 45 minutes. This gives us an hour, at a cardiovacular rate, that we are burning off unwanted materials from our bodies.

Your diet for the week shouldn’t be filled with lots of fruits, since some fruits are high in sugars. A healthy amount of these is needed, however, to promoted the lean muscle to keep off the weight. Turkey, chicken, and poultry will add protein which will make you gain muscle mass. Fish is a healthy source of protein that has a low fat content. Try to adjust what you eat, stay away from soda, carbonated drinks of all type and even coffee.

PostHeaderIcon If I eat normally, how many calories should i burn per week to lose weight?

Preferably like.. 3-5 pounds in one month? Also, i eat very irregularly, sometimes I don’t have that much to eat all day and sometimes I have a lot. So, basically, if i didn’t eat completely healthily and didn’t lower the amount i eat, how many calories per week should i burn through exercise to lose 3-5 pounds in one month?

3500 calories = 1 pound

Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works.

1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day.

2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week.

3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day.

(4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.)

The salad is:
1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach
2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese
= around 110-130 calories :D

YUM!

Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories).

Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind.

I weigh 95 pounds. I think I need to lose weight because I dont fit into some of my favorit clothes. My goal is at least 70 pounds. Almost everybody thinks I am fat. There is this boy that I realy like at school and they are doing a fittness test at scool. So I am trying to lose weight for a boy and the test

Are you in 3rd grade? If your goal is 70 pounds, you must be incredibly young.

We would need to know your age and height to give you any information– otherwise you will get very snippy answers about being a skeleton, etc, because 95 is very underweight for the average adult woman.

PostHeaderIcon how many times should i go to the gym if i want to lose a lot of fat?

Okk i am in my teen years and i will like to lose weight so i could fit into my clothes again but i dont know to completey go on a diet..i have a gym in my building that i can go to but i dont kno how many times a week i should go so i was wondering do u have any advice on what i should do..plz help me thankz

Extreme would be 2 hours a day 6 days a week. I’d recommend an hour of hard cardio 6 days a week and watch your diet as well.
