How much weight can you lose in a week by not eating?
I’m tired of being overweight. I want to loose a little bit, just to get me motivated to go on an actual diet. I’ve done them before, and lost 30 pounds, but stopped, I’ve gained back 10. I don’t want any of those "oh, you need to eat" answers. I want to know the truth. How much weight can you lose in a week without eating.

You can’t handle the truth sweetheart. Why one week? Not like you gained it in one week. It happened over a period of time. Just like weight-loss will be too. Get you head out of the clouds. Diet and exercise. Your body needs to work with food to be able to exercise. You can’t loose weight by simply ‘not eating’. You will collapse. I give you 2 days max before you are hospitalized…

And i forgot to add…eating 2 egg whites at breakfast for some protein.
Consisting of Chicken and Rice soup, Chicken Noodle soup, and water. (Eating only a serving size of the Soups at dinner time)
I am 5ft2 and currently weigh 115 pounds.
And i will be exercising: 20 minute brisk walk everyday, and weight lifting. 3 and 6(when i start not feling anything with the 3) pound weights 25 reps each.
considering that’s nearly crash dieting, about 20 pounds, but they’d gain it all back after that plus more. it isn’t healthy and your metabolism will crash and everything you eat after that will be stored directly as fat, sucks i’ve been through it. just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, lean protien, whole grains, and NO empty calories

Lose weight in a week.?
Okay im gonna lose weight in a week, im gonna starve myself by only drinking water. ill excercise a lil to. I dont want answers from people who say thats unhealthy please. all i wanna know is, will i lose enough and after i lose weight ill diet for a long time to, and stay in shape after i lost all fat will it work, im 286 pounds and am 6′3 and am 17.. and shoud i take vitamins? or would that go against me loosing weight in a week
If you want to lose weight some weeks. You can try Lose weight a week plan first!
Day 1:
Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.
Day 2:
Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.
For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don’t ever think to fry it)
Day 3:
Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.
Day 4:
Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.
Day 5
Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish don’t exceed 10 ounces.
Day 6
You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.
Last Day
Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.

i really want to get flat abs fast (less than a week) because i’m going to a really important wedding and i want to look amazing. i have a little stomach that i’ve been working for months, but the fat won’t melt off. i swim and run everyday, what can i do? is there a method to lose A LOT ALOT A LOT of weight fast and get flat abs super uber fast?
1. Your diet is so important. Eat normally – cut out the excess fat (like margarine and cakes & sweets)
2. Do Circuit training 3 times a week. Sledgehammer/van tyre training, Kettle Bell training, skipping rope training, carrying someone from post to post & running back to base. These are the exercises youll get to tone up your abs (as well as your entire body)
